Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

TINFLE is operated by TINFLE Inc., a C Corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware. By creating an account on TINFLE, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Username Policy

Usernames on TINFLE are permanent. Once you choose a username, it cannot be changed. Choose carefully.

You may not register a username with the intent to:

Impersonate: Registering usernames that impersonate real people, brands, organizations, or public figures without authorization.
Squat: Claiming usernames for the purpose of selling, trading, or holding them without genuine use.
Mislead: Using names that suggest official TINFLE affiliation (e.g., @tinfle_support, @admin).

TINFLE reserves the right to reclaim, reassign, or remove any username that violates this policy, at our sole discretion. Affected accounts will retain their content but may be assigned a replacement username.

3. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TINFLE. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

4. Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading, you grant TINFLE a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

You may not upload content that:

Violates any applicable law
Contains sexually explicit material involving minors
Promotes violence, hate speech, or harassment
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
Contains malware or deceptive links

TINFLE may remove content that violates these guidelines without notice.

Automated screening. Every uploaded video is automatically analyzed before it can be played on the platform. Still frames extracted from your video are scored by automated detection systems. Depending on our current configuration, that analysis runs on our own servers, through a specialist third-party content analysis provider, or both (never with your name or account details attached). Based on that analysis, content may be approved, held for review by a human moderator, or rejected and deleted. By uploading, you consent to this processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If your content is intended for adults, you must mark it 18+ when uploading. Marking content 18+ adjusts how it is screened but never exempts it from screening or from these guidelines.

5. Live Shows & Private Parties

When participating in a live show or private party, you acknowledge that:

Submissions are a surprise: the host cannot preview submitted content before it plays
The person on camera (the host, or the current seat holder in a party) may not submit to their own queue
Host votes affect the submitter's karma permanently
Public live shows may be viewed by any authenticated user; private parties are visible only to people who hold the invite link, and invite links die with the party

6. Karma System

Karma is a public reputation score earned through community participation. Karma cannot be purchased, transferred, or artificially inflated. Attempts to manipulate karma through coordinated voting, multiple accounts, or automation will result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate karma
Automated access, scraping, or bot usage without authorization
Harassing, threatening, or doxxing other users
Attempting to disrupt or exploit the platform's technical infrastructure
Selling or transferring accounts

8. Privacy

TINFLE collects your email, username, and usage data to operate the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your profile, karma, and uploaded content are publicly visible to other users. Uploaded videos are automatically screened for safety before they can be played. 9. Termination

TINFLE may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting support. Upon termination, your username remains reserved and cannot be claimed by others.

10. Limitation of Liability

TINFLE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, karma, or account access.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TINFLE after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced on the platform.
