The basics.

Are my first 3 Tinfles really free?

Yes. Your first 3 Tinfles are free: the private link, a printable QR card, and the chance to get their reaction back. After that, everyday Tinfles come with a monthly membership, and premium experiences are paid once. Cancel anytime in Your Tinfles. Receiving a Tinfle is always free.

Do they need an account or app?

You need a free account to send a Tinfle. They open it in their browser, with no account or app.

Is the camera required?

No. Camera and mic are optional. Tinfle shows when recording and asks before anything is sent.

Is the reaction posted publicly?

If they send a reaction, it's sent to you only. It's never posted automatically, and you can only post it if they turn that on. How reactions work.

Is the link private and spoiler-free?

The chat preview shows your names and your title, never the video or your message. A Tinfle opens on the first device that opens it, and it takes one reaction, so send it only to them. The printable card may show their name and your message.

Is my video encrypted?

Yes. Every video, message and reaction travels encrypted and is stored encrypted. Your link is private and opens on one device, and their reaction comes back only to you. It isn't end-to-end encrypted: Tinfle's safety check looks at each video before it's delivered.

Can I schedule it?

Yes. Choose a date within 30 days. Scheduled cards open at 7 a.m. your time, and the link stays live for seven days after payment or the scheduled date.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, before they watch or if a Tinfle issue prevents playback. Once watched, the purchase is complete even if they decline the camera. See the full Refund Policy.

Is there more to Tinfle?

Sending a Tinfle is where it starts. Next up: live parties where your whole crew watches together and reacts on camera. See what's coming.

How reactions work.

The camera is their choice.

They can watch without turning on the camera. If they turn it on, Tinfle shows that it is recording the whole time.

They see it first.

If they record, they watch their clip back on their phone before deciding. The Send button only appears once the clip plays there.

Nothing comes back unless they tap Send.

If they skip it or tap No thanks, no clip is sent. You still see that they watched.

It's checked before it reaches you.

Every reaction clip goes through an automatic safety check. If the check flags it, a member of Tinfle's team may review it before it's delivered.

It's stored privately.

Reaction clips are stored privately and opened through short-lived links that we make only for you while you're signed in. You choose to keep it or let it go. A clip you let go is deleted right away. If you never decide, it's deleted about an hour after the card's link expires. A clip you keep stays until you delete it.

Sharing is their call.

On the send screen they decide whether you can post it. It's off unless they turn it on. If they do, Get a copy in Your Tinfles gives you the video with the Tinfle logo, ready to post. If they don't, it stays just for you. The permission covers what Tinfle does. It can't stop anyone from recording their own screen.
